LCS Mechanical LLC We are a family owned and operated company with 50 years of experience in plumbing, heating and air We do all aspects of plumbing, heating and air conditioning.

We are currently enrolled in the Efficiency Maine rebate program as a licensed vendor. Some of the services we offer:

This project is new/remodeled camp in Ellsworth done with Waldo Woodworking. Plumbing includes 2 full baths in the home plus 2nd floor bath above the garage. A Rinaii on demand LP fired water heater for each building. The heating consists of 2 Rinaii LP fired wall furnaces for the garage and finished 2nd floor. The Maine house is heated with a Fujitsu 3 Ton multi heat pump with 3 interior units, an LP fired see through fireplace placed between master bedroom and master bath and a small amount of electric heat for backup.

This is a heat pump project just completed to a home in Rockport Me. We installed 3 Fujitsu heat pump systems. A 4 ton and a 3 ton multi with 3 ducted units on each and a 1.5 ton single unit for a very large office area over the garage. As seems to be the case with every installation after only one week of use the homeowners are very impressed with how evenly these heat their home and maintain a very constant temperature throughout each space. The cost savings as compared to heating with fuel oil or propane is incredible and the added benefit of air conditioning makes them one of the few products available that will in fact pay for themselves.
