The Kennedy project is complete our final bank inspection is tomorrow. We wish the homeowners many years of happiness in this incredibly energy efficient home. We have been getting busy on our newest build and will be sharing pictures soon

The Kennedy project is now ready for finish paint. We are pleased with the transformation of this 1,700square foot fire rebuild. Modifying the configuration of this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home and relocating and installing new windows allows ample natural light to flood in while creating a wonderful flow through the living spaces. Updating the heating system with heat pumps and pellet stoves in the living area and basement will ensure comfort throughout all the seasons. We are excited to welcome these wonderful homeowners home in just a few short weeks.
