Project update from Waldoboro

This 40' x 40' shop with living space above is starting to take shape. The 12-foot-tall first-floor walls are framed with 2x8 lumber to meet today's energy code requirements and create a more efficient building envelope.

Next up: a 40-foot clear-span steel beam and floor system to create the open shop space below.

Looking forward to seeing this one come together.
