It’s hot, it’s humid, a little missing soffit can be a big problem.

Watch water sitting around your home, you should never see puddles under your home, push the air up a few degrees when the kids are coming in and out.
Keep those air filters clean, always run exhaust fan in bathroom for 30 minutes before and after bathing .

Dangerous molds are seen after long term water exposure.

A simple water leak does not mean your home is destroyed.
