Immediate opening for a Lead Service Technician.
Dayton Heating and Air Conditioning is locally owned and operated. Established over 80 years, Dayton has a great reputation for quality installation, service, and maintenance of residential and light commercial systems. We serve East Baton Rouge, Livingston, Ascension parishes and outlying areas.
Full time position. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays and 100% health insurance.
The service technician must be certified, current valid driver’s license with good driving record to drive our company vehicles. A minimum of 2 years experience and/ or provide proof of HVAC education completion.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential and light commercial systems.
Ordering, replacing warranty and non-warranty components to systems.
Performing routine and preventative maintenance to systems.
Ensure that all jobs are completed on schedule to highest of standards.
Removing and installing new HVAC systems.
Must write itemized report, diagnosis, cost and sales order/invoice.
Need good communication with Dayton team, employees, and our customers.
