Another great commercial expansion completed by Local Roofing & Construction for Metal Fab Guys!

This project included the installation of:
✅ A 30' x 100' concrete foundation slab at the front of the facility and a new metal building addition.

✅ A 45' x 75' concrete foundation slab and metal building addition at the rear of the property, preparing the site for additional metal building expansion and future growth.

Skylights are great… until they’re not. 😅
