Tiger Fences and along with it's holding and subsidiary companies are looking to hire a full time Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in office administration.This is not a learn on the job opportunity. A qualified candidate must be proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft softwares. Duties will involve greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory, and supervising personnel to ensure maximum productivity.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing general office operation.
Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff schedules.
Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
Coordinating travel car, hotel and flight reservations.
Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
Creating management-level reports.
Office Manager Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in office administration
Office management experience.
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks (preferably the web based version).
