Effective November 25, 2024, NJR Clean Energy Ventures (CEV) sold its residential solar portfolio to Spruce Power (https://sprucepower.com). As a result, over the coming months, the maintenance of your solar system and servicing of your lease will be transferred to Spruce Power.

Spruce Power is a leading owner and operator of distributed solar energy assets in the United States with 20+ years of supporting residential customers with comprehensive clean energy solutions. Their goal is to ensure top performance from your solar system and the best service possible.

CEV is committed to ensuring a smooth, seamless transition throughout this process. Keep an eye out for a “welcome packet” from Spruce with important information on such things as how to access your account, pay your bills and who to contact when you have a question once the changeover is complete. Until then, all your servicing will continue to be handled by CEV.
