Mowing- We offer weekly mowing, but realize some customers don’t need (or want) their lawn mowed weekly. So we also offer mowing every ten days or every other week mowing’s. • Edging- Along with mowing, we offer lawn edging bi-weekly. We usually combine mowing/edging into one low price for our clients. • Fertilizing- Just like humans, your lawn needs nutrients to live and grow strong. We use top of the line products throughout the growing season to give your lawn the nutrients it needs to flourish year round! Fertilizer is scheduled to start early March and continues through early November on a 6 week application schedule. We also offer organic fertilizers for the customers who want to GO GREEN!! • W**d Control- Don’t let those invasive weeds put a black eye on your property. Let us keep it clean by using a variety of selective broadleaf herbicides on your lawn along with flower beds and driveway and sidewalk cracks. • Aerification and De Thatching- Without a doubt the best cultural practice known to turgrass maintenance. After time, your lawns becomes compacted from mowing, foot traffic other variables. Aerification will relieve that compaction by pulling a 2-3 inch “plug” and allow oxygen, nutrients and light into the soil profile, along with improving drainage. De thatching helps to eliminate unwanted material in your lawn. (lawn thatch- buildup of unwanted materials in your lawn. i.e. dead grass, pine needles, leaves) Thatch can choke out air, water and sunlight. Excessive buildup can cause grass to stop growing and become more prone to insects and disease. Both of these practices are performed early spring and late fall. • Shrub and Tree Pruning- Pruning helps your landscape flourish by addressing tree care concerns such as safety, structural integrity, shape and appearance. It also enhances the natural beauty of your landscape and helps preserve the seasonal character they add to your property. • Fungicide and Insect Applications- Healthy turfgrass is the best way to keep lawn disease and insects from overtaking your lawn. But with constant and ongoing change in the environment, including change in temperature, moisture availability, light and pest populations, sometimes the use of pesticides is required. Let us develop an Integrated Pest Management program or “IPM” for your lawn and surrounding property to ensure disease and insects wont damage your well kept property.
