Sewer update! Got a call for a sewer backing up. Hand dug under porch and found old fernco fitting to be collapsed from pipe settling. Ran new line from old fernco eliminating the connection with all new pipe all the way to the septic tank. As you can see in the photos after the fernco was cut out we still had blockage in the pipe! Such happy customers we are now installing a new bathroom for them! Stay tuned for future photos!

Septic problems again! Installed new risers and poly lids! Found a ton of ground water going into the dosage tank and installed a French drain to divert water. All is well at this household!

Finished elimination of steps, pieced wall back together, filled with topsoil for flower garden and reconnected fence at top of the wall. Also spread topsoil along side of sidewalk for a more gentle slope! Thank you Terry and Kathy!
