Cold weather tips
1. Open cabinets undersink and drip hot & cold water from faucets.
2. Wrap all exposed pipng
3. Prepare for outages (fill bathtub with water) for flushing.
4. If leaving your home for the freeze shut-off water supply and throughly drain system.
5. Shut-off and drain sprinkler system.
6. Run ceiling fan in reverse to disburse warm air downward.
7. Fill a extra gas can
8. Weather strip doors and windows.
9. Temporarily cover foundation vents.
10. Get a go bag incase of emergency.
