This project was special because the client dreamt of having a place for his family to create memories that will last a lifetime. It was an honor partnering together with him to create the perfect outdoor gathering space for the ones he loves most. How do you create a healthy work environment?

For us, it’s not through micro-managing our crews, having hard lines between “the ranks” ,or isolating the separate crews.
Yes we have structure, but we also believe those in management shouldn’t ask their guys to do something that they themselves would not be willing to do. Yes, we try to place the guys where their talents can shine, and certain people work better together than others. There are days , however; that crews get shuffled around depending on schedules, work type ect.
At the end of the day, we work together as a team to get the job done. We expect those we work with whether “management” or crews to take initiative and to treat each other with respect. 🫡

Do you love how iconic hydrangeas are but are worried about how they will handle Ohio’s crazy weather? ⛅️🌨️

Panicle or “cone-shaped” hydrangeas are a great choice !!! 🤩

Their resilient forgiving nature allow them to handle both cold winters and hot summers well. Plus, their beautiful flower clusters often bloom from mid-summer to fall with little need for outside help.☀️
