ThoseGundamGuys Thosegundamguys are a group of gunpla, anime, and general mecha modelers that gather once a month to build and share techniques and ideas.

The group formed with a small gathering of local model builders who wanted to learn and share model building techniques; and has since grown to cover modelers from San Diego to Northridge. The group has been seen at various IPMS and other model shows and contest, and have been called "those gundam guys" when ever they made an appearance. When finally moving to officially name the group, we settled on what most folks were already calling us for the past couple of years.

We have a date and a location for this year's contest! The Southern California Gundam Model Competition is back and will be at the Mount San Antonio college event Center in Walnut, California on November 7th. Yes, a Saturday.

You know the date, you know the place, you know the theme, you know the drill.

SCGMC will be held around Veteran Day weekend like usual. As soon as the dates are solidified, we will be announcing them along with the venue. ..
Also stay tuned for some new additions to this year's event!! Like... Maybe some cosplay 👀👀👀 ..
