WLandS Sixty dollar service contract offer ends Easter Day. Until that point, every ounce of WLandS Labor is discounted to suit the early season needs and budget.

$60 Regular Service contracts for new years until easter include:

1. Raking - Yard. Raking out the extra compost and dead waste to prepare your yard to accept the moisture of Spring, thrive and turn green, early for 2016. (hey that rhymes, doesn't it!)
And WLandS bags it also!

2. Removal - Trash - Yard / Fence line debris
3. Removal - Pet f***s
4. Trim - Tree. Light tree trimming will get rid of the ugly shoots left behind from last year. WLandS removes limbs which could become a potential problem near home structure and over driveways and parking areas.
5. Trim - Shrubs. Just cleaning things up squaring away whatever there is to touch up in your yard.
6. Application - Salt
7. Removal - Snow

(8). All odd job labor is FREE (Under this contract) any odd job you have to add on to this list is free of labor charge. Odd jobs are all inclusive under the New Years Regular Service monthly contract until Easter Day.

Don't forget, monthly client contracts receive snow removal under the contract, salt application, (both of which include walk ways.), after and in between the snow, raking, removals, any dropped limbs from wind, snow, ice...
