Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Irrigation Technician & Hardscape Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems, as well as building patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor features.

Key Responsibilities
Irrigation Duties:
- Install and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Diagnose and repair system issues (leaks, valves, controllers, wiring)
- Perform seasonal services (start-ups, winterizations)
- Ensure systems are efficient and water-conscious
Hardscape Duties:
- Install patios, retaining walls, pavers, and outdoor living features
- Prepare job sites (grading, base prep, excavation)
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Follow design plans and ensure quality craftsmanship

Qualifications
- Experience in irrigation and/or hardscape installation preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to operate equipment (skid steer, compactor, saws, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
