A comprehensive residential renovation focused on expanding the home's functionality while enhancing the quality of its living spaces.

Through a thoughtful reconfiguration of the existing layout, the residence was transformed from a four-bedroom to a five-bedroom home, creating a more spacious and efficient environment for modern family living.

Key design interventions include:
• Expanding the kitchen to create a more functional gathering space
• Introducing a dedicated mudroom to improve the home's daily flow
• Transforming the residence from 4 to 5 bedrooms
• Enlarging the primary suite with a generous walk-in closet and an expanded en-suite bathroom
• Reorganizing the floor plan to improve circulation, comfort, and spatial continuity

The result is a home that balances practicality with refined residential design, tailored to the evolving needs of its occupants.
