Full home rebuild. All that remained from original structure were the outside walls on 1st floor. Removed existing 2nd floor. Went From 8 to 9 foot ceilings on 1st floor, 9 foot ceilings on new dormer as well. All original electric and plumbing removed. All new plumbing, electric, HVAC. A great project for great customers, enjoy your forever home!!
