Earlier this year we built this space - our client was looking for an area to hangout near the water, since their bulkhead was a pretty far walk from the house. We cut into the grade to build a patio and wall, along with brand new boardwalk. We installed landscape lighting, a full WiFi network with Sonos speakers throughout.
