Big changes are underway on our latest project!

We’re building a new covered deck and giving this home’s exterior a fresh start. Along with framing the deck and its gable-style roof, we’re removing the existing siding and replacing the house sheathing in preparation for new vinyl board-and-batten siding.

There’s plenty of work happening behind the finished look! These progress photos take you from the initial layout to the covered deck taking shape and the house getting wrapped for its new exterior.

We’re excited to see this transformation come together—a welcoming covered outdoor space paired with a whole new look for the home.

Stay tuned for more progress and the finished reveal!

This finished exterior project is a great example of why proper prep matters just as much as the final look.

We removed the existing second-story siding, installed new sheathing where needed, wrapped the exterior with a weather-resistant barrier, and finished the home with new vinyl siding, updated trim, and clean board-and-batten gable details.

The end result is a major curb-appeal upgrade—but more importantly, the wall system behind the siding was addressed correctly before the new exterior went on.

If your siding is faded, damaged, loose, or you’re concerned about what may be hiding behind it, Five Pillars Property Solutions can help with the full job—from tear-off and repairs to housewrap, trim, and finished siding installation.
