With the forecasted snow and wind, here are a few helpful tips should you find yourself without heat.
1. Ensure your furnace intake and exhaust pipes are clear of snow and ice debris. Snow can blow to the inside of the pipes causing airflow restriction. The fittings on the ends of these pipes are not glued - you can remove them to check and/or clear the obstruction.

2. Change or remove your furnace filter to see if that is causing an issue.

3. Replace your thermostat batteries.
