Dream basement project we recently finished in Shickshinny. The project included a new unique laminate floor, a drop down ten feet wide remote movie projector for all their game systems and to stream television, a future new workout area for home gym, a pool table/ man cave, spare bedroom and a spare attached all tiled floor and shower bathroom. I think their goal to have a fun place to have friends and family over and a place to have the kids have a place to play was achieved.

A fun project this week we redid a single story ranch house, we put new mastic cedar discovery siding on with scalloped gable end. Also installed new soffit aluminum fascia and new seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts.

The latest project we have been working on was converting an unused dusty attic to a child’s dream playroom, it involved ripping out the existing attic floor sister-in-law all the floor joist to make the area structurally sound laying down a new unfinished hardwood floor running new electrical throughout , closed cell spray foam insulation and paneling the walls and ceiling with tongue and groove pine boards over 625 square feet of flooring and 1200 square feet of pine tongue and groove planks. Only think we need to do yet is install a mini split hyper heat unit

We are currently not permitted to work due to the Governor’s closure of non-essential businesses, however, we expect to be back to work in mid May and have openings this summer!
