We are currently seeking Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a vital role in helping homeowners and businesses protect their properties by providing expert consultations, conducting roof inspections, and guiding customers through the process of selecting and installing a new roof. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are ambitious, driven, and want to control their earnings while growing within the company.
At Brock Roofing and Remodeling, our industry-leading commission structure enables our top Sales Representatives to make multiple six figures per year!
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Generate new leads by knocking on doors, marketing, and networking with Insurance Agents and Adjusters.
* Conduct roof inspections to assess damage and offer consultations for roof replacements or repairs.
* Work with the customer to order materials and plan installations.
* Provide customers with exceptional service and support throughout the roofing process.
* Guide customers through every stage of the sales and insurance process, from introduction to post-installation follow-up.

The Ideal Sales Rep Will Possess the Following Characteristics:
* Experience in roofing sales, the construction industry, or any other sales role (e.g., car sales, service advising) is highly desirable.
* You are highly motivated, hungry for financial growth, and ready to work hard.
* Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
