You don't always have to start from scratch to make improvements. This was a quick redo in Warrington, PA. Everything pressure washed. Bluestone treads installed on top of the existing concrete steps. Pavers relayed in a level bedding of crushed stone screenings and concrete sand. Locked in with edging materials, decorative goose-egg stone and a bluestone tread for the gateway threshold. Along with an appropriate length extension on the downspout for better drainage.

Three dry-stack retaining walls finished up in Jamison, PA for the Albright's! Thank you Don and Ann. This was a great opportunity allowing me to show an example of my work on a corner lot near the entrance to the neighborhood. It came out great and will provide better drainage and soil retention than the previous understated walls provided. I selected stone from three different locations to get the right blend. Thank you Delaware Quarries, Stone Depot and Sparks!

One of the patios finished last season in Warrington, PA. This was a great opportunity to transform an under-used, swampy, moss covered "lawn" into a functional outdoor living space. Bluestone installed on existing concrete. Yard carefully excavated and prepared for Techo-Bloc paver installation. Complete with downspout plumbed underneath the pavers leading to a pop-up emitter to keep the water away from the house.
