Just got home from a repair appointment. The gentleman had an insurance adjuster and another contractor visit his property to investigate a leak. They both refused to go up on the roof for a proper inspection, but had no problem telling the customer he probably needed a new roof. Lone behold we find this blown through nail and another one about 5 feet above it, and replaced the damaged shingles. we love cashing big checks like everybody else, but we also love saving the community money.
