This failed B&G pump coupling was the culprit behind a customer’s heating issues. Fortunately, we caught it quickly and had the system operating again in no time.

Here we go! One of my first Navien service calls as a certified Navien technician.

This unit had a leaking heat exchanger, and my team and I were able to get it replaced under warranty. During our inspection, we found several installation issues from the original installer that may have contributed to the failure.

The new heat exchanger is installed, the customer is back up and running, and we’ve put together a plan to correct the installation deficiencies to improve the system’s performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Always great to restore heat and hot water while helping ensure long-term system health.

Fujitsu Airstage installed and up and running!

This one was a replacement for my parents’ old system. Unfortunately, I forgot to grab some before photos, but the finished product came out great. The new system is running flawlessly and keeping the house cool through these brutally hot summer days.

This was a great project for the team. We were originally called out to clear a main line, and upon inspection discovered the pipe had snapped just before the septic system.

My team and I returned to excavate and properly expose the damaged section, allowing us to make the necessary repairs and restore full functionality to the system.

Once completed, the property was fully operational again,another system safely brought back online through careful diagnostics, excavation, and repair work.

No heat for almost 3 years! And the system showed it. This one was a true rebuild-from-the-ground-up kind of job. After some hard work and getting a little dirty, we got everything back in shape and the homeowner is now up and running with a brand new Velocity Boiler.
