Job Description
At C-Mark Services, Inc. we're looking to hire an EXPERIENCED HARDSCAPE/LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER. Must have the ability to lead and direct crews and complete assigned jobs in a professional and timely manner.
The Crew Leader is responsible for installation and the management of projects in the field and completing these projects with a high level of quality and efficiency.
This a a year-round position - with job functions around snow removal and salting services in the winter season.

Essential Job Functions:
-Direct activities on the job site
-Supervise and manage hardscape/landscape personnel effectively and efficiently, leads by example
-Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for maintenance, safety, and efficiency - maintain clean and safe job site each day
-Complete project installations
-Track and record all job expenses and hours worked accurately - complete all required documentation daily and turn in receipts
-Oversee with best practices during installation using company standards and best practices
-Any other duties as required

Applicants should have proficient experience with the following:
-Ability to work in varying weather conditions
-Time and attendance reliability
-Experience with removing/installing shrubs, brick pavers installation, flowers, mulch, drainage, bed work, shrub trimming
-Snow plowing/salting experience during the winter season.
-Ability to pay attention to details and follow directions, and good listening skills.
-Reliable transportation to warehouse and job/sites.

Required experience:
Landscape Installation as a Team Lead: 2 years
Brick Paver Installation as a Team Lead: 2 years
Dump Truck and Trailer Hauling: 2 Years

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour; Salary Positions Negotiable
Pay dependent on experience, qualifications, skills, attitude and reliability.
Must have availability for snow operations in the winter.

Schedule: 8-12 hour shifts, M-F, some weekends, overtime when required
Days of operation Monday through Friday approximately 7am -6pm. Saturday’s based upon workload and schedule.

Experience:
Hardscape and landscape installs: 5 years (Required)
License: Chauffeur W/ DOT Card (Required)
