Another pumped Genex customer.

Azra came to us with a challenge: it was Tuesday, and her contractor needed the windows installed by Friday or the entire project risked major delays. Most window companies would’ve hit her with the standard line: “Sorry ma’am, we’re running a six-week lead time.”

Not Genex.

We don’t default to “no.” We problem-solve. Our team pushed, adjusted schedules, and did what it took to make it happen. Because at Genex, taking care of the customer comes first.
