Cabinet doors with the final primer coat applied. As soon as these dry will sand and put two finish coats on them probably install them Monday or Tuesday at the Passmore farmhouse job.

The refinishing of the built-ins in Castleton are complete. We used Renner Waterborne polyurethane with a catalyst in a satin finish the color was Chantilly lace. These are Italian made coatings and they are awesome.

Cabinet Painting Job
Prepping cabinets—the most important steps before painting!
1.Remove Grease & Grime Buildup with TSP solution
2.Apply Deglosser to create a good surface for paint adhesion
3.Sand & Prime with 2-3 coats of a Good Paint Primer
4.Caulk cracks in cabinet doors

Sealing this basement floor takes 4 steps: 1. Acid etch, 2. Pressure wash, 3. Vacuum and let dry, 4. AND ONLY THEN do you apply product!

Preparation is the key to a successful floor finish. No corners cut!! Acid etch, pressure wash, vacuum, let dry AND THEN apply coating.

Just finished the drywall install for this little addition for Golden Rule Builders. It turned out very nice! Ready to paint as soon as it is trimmed out by the carpenters. Thanks for the job GR B!!
