Manager Monday Spotlight: Todd Greenlee

This week we're excited to introduce Todd Greenlee, one of our Estimators at Birmingham & Associates.

Todd joined the BA team on February 2, 2026, and has already become a valuable part of our preconstruction and estimating efforts. As an Estimator, Todd is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fabrication and construction projects. He reviews drawings and specifications, performs material and labor takeoffs, obtains vendor pricing, and develops proposals that support successful and profitable project ex*****on.

Originally from Decatur, Alabama, Todd brings a unique blend of technical knowledge, education, and faith-driven leadership to his role.

Todd holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of North Alabama, a Bachelor's Degree in Theology and Biblical Studies from Spurgeon College, and a Master of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys cycling, reading, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves. He has been married to his wife, Michelle, for 21 years.

When asked which Birmingham & Associates core value resonates most with him, Todd chose Quality.

"To me, quality is about doing every task to the best of my ability, whether someone is watching or not. It means taking pride in my work, paying attention to details, and delivering a product that reflects excellence."

Todd shared that his perspective on quality is deeply influenced by his faith in Christ. He points to Colossians 3:17 and Colossians 3:23-24, which teach that our work should be done wholeheartedly as an act of service to the Lord. Because of that, he sees Birmingham & Associates' commitment to Quality as more than meeting standards or satisfying customers—it is an opportunity to serve others with integrity and excellence, build trust with clients, support teammates, and create something everyone can be proud of.

Todd's commitment to excellence, strong character, and servant-hearted approach make him a tremendous asset to our team.

Celebrating 30 Years of Building Relationships That Last.

This year, Birmingham & Associates proudly celebrates 30 years in business.

Since our first metal building project in 1996, we've grown into much more than a construction company. We've become a problem-solving organization committed to Safety, Quality, Integrity, and keeping every promise we make.

As our clients' needs have evolved, so have we. What began with metal building construction has expanded into steel er****on, fabrication, and industrial maintenance. Through every season of growth, our mission has remained the same: serve others with excellence and provide solutions when challenges arise.

Our success has never been built on structures alone. It has been built by the dedicated men and women who have worn the Birmingham & Associates name over the last three decades. Their craftsmanship, character, and commitment to serving our clients have shaped who we are today.

Manager Monday Spotlight: Jason McKee

This week we're kicking off our Manager Monday series by introducing Jason McKee, our General Manager of Fabrication.

For the past 7 years, Jason has been an integral part of Birmingham & Associates, helping lead our fabrication operations and playing a major role in the growth and success of our shop. From managing production schedules and personnel to overseeing safety, quality, and profitability, Jason consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our team delivers exceptional results for our customers.

Originally from Eufaula, Alabama, Jason attended Sparks Technical College (now Wallace Community College) before beginning his career in the trades. When he's not at work, you'll likely find him hiking or spending time with his wife, Kami, and their children, Emma and Micah.

When asked which Birmingham & Associates core value means the most to him, Jason chose *Integrity*. He shared that we are called to live with integrity in order to be a good witness for Christ, pointing to Titus 2:7: "Show yourself in all respects to be a model of good works, and in your teaching show integrity and dignity."

We are incredibly grateful for Jason and all he does for Birmingham & Associates. His leadership, strong work ethic, servant's heart, and commitment to doing things the right way have made a lasting impact on our company, our employees, and our customers. Jason leads by example, invests in those around him, and helps make our team better every day.

Happy National Donut Day!

We had the opportunity to treat our fabrication shop crew to some amazing donuts from Fultondale Bakery. We appreciate the hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship our team brings every day, and a little sugar is a small way to say thank you.

A big shout out to Fultondale Bakery for helping us celebrate and keeping our crew fueled up for another productive day.
