📣 We’re hiring! F&S Grading is looking for a Sitework Foreman to lead our crew and drive projects across eastern North Carolina. You’ll supervise a 4-person team performing grading, excavation, and underground utilities. You’ll read blueprints, operate heavy equipment, coordinate timelines, enforce safety, and deliver results.

📍 Location: Warsaw, NC (in-person).
Requirements: 5+ years in civil/site construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; heavy equipment experience preferred; valid driver’s license; OSHA 10/30 preferred.
