Last week for Bring Your Kid to Work Day, our Project Manager and Head of Pre-Fabrication, Brian Fischer, brought in his daughter Raelynn for the day — and she fit right in.

Raelynn is in third grade and already says she wants to be an electrician when she grows up. Throughout the day, she got hands-on experience pulling wire, marking up blueprints, getting counts, bending pipe, testing lights, and learning more about what our team does every day. 👷‍♀️

As a certified Women's Business Enterprise National Council - WBENC Women-Owned Business, this day was especially meaningful for our president, Kelly McCreesh, who loved spending time with Raelynn and watching her dive into the blueprints like a pro.

We love seeing moments like this that help spark interest in the trades and show the next generation what’s possible in this industry. 💡

Great job, Raelynn! We can’t wait to see what you build next!

Last week, a representative from Diversified Group walked our foreman, a representative from The School District of Philadelphia, and a member of Daniel J. Keating Company's team through lighting controls owner training at AMY at James Martin. Kendall Electric supplied the fixtures for the project, with Sarah Riley managing that scope.

Thank you to everyone involved for the coordination and support that helped make the installation, training, and handoff a success from start to finish.

Sometimes the best “site visit” is the one where you get to sit down and eat.

A few of our team had lunch at Starr Restaurants’ Borromini last week — a project we helped bring to life.

It’s a great feeling coming back after the work is done and seeing the space doing exactly what it’s meant to do: serving people, creating experiences, and running smoothly.
