Full deck replacement and expansion for a local Yaht club. First time in a while to have an entire deck built with pressure treated. Utilizing the right products and implementing some basic building practices should give it a fighting chance to hold up to the elements. All framing was taped on top side along with all cuts treated with a copper coat. Any framing resting on concrete has a PVC deadman. Ledger boards were dropped 3/4” to allow for drainage at the building due to the deck being flush with existing floors. The boys definitely got a work out on this one with some real wet lumber. Looking forward to coming back this fall for a full Reno on the clubhouse.
