This project is taking place in Ashburn, Ga. The previous contractor was hired to remove all rot and flatten out the substrate. He decided to replace all joist, raise all floot height 2” above exterior seals, and leave rotted support seal for this customer. We went in and lowered floor height back to a level state. Replaced all rotted seals. Added support beams with pillars under all floor joists, and added plywood under all wall plates of this home.

We installed all new flooring, removed all wall paper, new paint, new countertops, clear coated all trim and doors, demoed a load bearing wall, installed a new beam with arch ways cut out, installed and trimmed out 2 columns, sanded and painted existing cabinets, and installed new ceramic backsplash.
