All wrapped up on this beautiful 1860s home in Warwick, New York.

The living room is the focal point of this home and the clients wanted a warm inviting space for their family for years to come.

Preparing all the surfaces in this room consisted of wallpaper removal, plaster repairs, trim and woodwork repairs, caulking, priming and sanding. We left no stone unturned to ensure a high quality finish using only the best products.

Very happy with the results.

Beautiful home in Warwick NY built over 100 years ago, needed some TLC.

No shortage on the prep for this room which had plaster cracks, failing tape in random spots, old caulking and cracked trim.

We went over every imperfection multiple times, ensuring every spot was properly repaired to last for many years to come.

This is the first of a few rooms we are fixing up in this beautiful home for a repeat client.

Trim, fireplace and crown was done in regal select satin
Walls were a custom color in regal select flat

Thanks for always making sure ya boy is right and ready with all the material.
