🔎Discover the Slade Farm Residences in Somerset, MA—a fresh, vibrant residential community with 120 units spread across two, four-story buildings.

This project builds upon Bentley’s success following the completion of the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Somerset. 👷Bentley took a dynamic approach by kicking off vertical construction for both buildings simultaneously after prepping the site. Our team focused on completing Building A swiftly to welcome new residents. With three 🅿️ garages on site, parking is a breeze for everyone.

Each building🏘️offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, paired with fantastic common-area amenities like recreational spaces, shared lounges, and breakout or remote-learning rooms. Together, these features create a modern, community-focused living experience as part of the larger Fairfield Commons Development.

Remembering Shane Tierney

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Shane Tierney, a cherished member of the Bentley Family.

Shane brought a unique warmth and presence to everyone he encountered, leaving a void that cannot be filled. His humor, kindness, laid-back nature, and many memorable "Shane-isms" will be sorely missed.
