New septic pipe from house to tank. Existing line was getting clogged periodically. We found the original transite line had roots growing in it. New pipe with clean out was installed as well as stubbing into the house for the plumber to make new connections. House penetrations were patched with hydraulic cement and waterproofing.

Existing septic line was constantly backing up. It was under a patio as well as the tank. We cut and removed a 2’ strip of the patio. Located and replaced the septic pipe. And placed a riser on the septic tank for easy access in the future.

Before and After. There was a line of large boulders along the side of the property. Too big to move. We hammered boulders into rock that was manageable and able to be exported by dump truck. Then restored disturbed area with 45 yards of topsoil, seed, and hay.
