Hello, my name is Dean O'Neill, founder and co-owner of Genuine Hardwood Floors with my significant other Pam Johnson. I began sanding wood floors in gymnasiums with my grandfather in the summer of 1971, and in 1972 my father and grandfather were partners. I traveled to Cincinnati, OH and began installing hardwood floors in 1984.
