JQ Construction LLC is looking for a dependable Truck Driver to join our team for an active project in Dubuque, IA. Solid pay, clean accommodations, and a strong crew.
🔹 Pay: $25.00/hour
🔹 Location: Dubuque, IA (Hotel room provided)
🔹 Duration: Project-based with opportunity for future assignments
🔹 Requirements: Valid CDL license required

Job Duties:
✔ Haul dirt, asphalt, concrete, and equipment to/from the job site
✔ Operate trucks safely and efficiently
✔ Coordinate deliveries with project managers
✔ Maintain logs and complete inspections

🔨 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily water line installation activities
- Read and interpret blueprints and site layouts
- Ensure compliance with local specs, safety standards, and best practices
- Direct crew operations, equipment use, and material staging
- Maintain accurate field records and assist with inspections
✅ Requirements:
- 3+ years of leadership in underground water utility construction
- Strong working knowledge of water distribution systems and pipe installation
- Ability to manage crews and adapt to field conditions
- CDL and equipment operation experience required
💲 Pay Information:
- $30+/hour, depending on experience
- Most projects fall under Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates
