Long established small local business is in need of an exceptional Office Manager. This position is a key part of the management team.
Because we are a small business the role will wear a lot of hats and must be well versed in a number of areas. Bookkeeping functions of the position include billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, account reconciliation and more. Personnel management functions including hiring, performance reviews, discipline, training, and benefits administration. This is also a customer facing role where you will assist customers on the phone, via email, and at times in person.
Qualified candidates will have above average computer skills, a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to think outside the box. Most importantly, they will have the desire to come to work each day with a goal of making the place better than they found it by making it a great place to work for their team and a great company for our customers to do business with.
Background checks will be conducted including credit history, criminal records and drug testing.
