Another exciting remodel is coming together! 🛠️

We’re transforming an existing garage into a beautiful new living space, and the progress has been great.

So far we’ve:
✔️ Built up the garage floor to accommodate new plumbing and electrical
✔️ Framed the new interior walls upstairs and downstairs
✔️ Hung drywall upstairs and are just about ready to start priming
✔️ Installed all new windows and doors
✔️ Reframed the exterior walls to fit the new layout

Next week we’ll be tackling the downstairs drywall, bringing this project one step closer to completion.

It’s always rewarding to take an underused space and turn it into a functional, comfortable living area. Stay tuned for more progress photos as this transformation continues!

🚧 Big Transformation Underway! 🚧

This project started with a full interior demo taken right down to the studs. From there, we’ve been rebuilding from the ground up with all new interior walls, brand-new windows and doors, and countless upgrades throughout the home.

It’s always exciting to see a project go from a blank slate to a completely renewed space. The hard work is paying off, and we’re looking forward to sharing more progress as this renovation continues.
