We definitely had to repost this pic worth a thousand words. When I take a step back to visualize how far I’ve came in the business. This pic always comes to my mind. From back of a garbage to managing the #1 minority own waste collection company in the DMV is definitely humbling. JLT is on the verge of erecting at 50k sq foot recycling processing facility & waste Tranfer station in Washington. Unbelievable milestone to reach in this business. Without the support of great relationships through the years. This project wouldn’t even have been possible. Thanks to everyone involved in JLT journey. To all my friends and family, and the mighty JLT Team, thank you. Let’s continue making history.

Thank you for welcoming us during College and Career Week! We had fun spending time with the 4th grade students, answering questions, and sharing insights into the our industry. We love opportunities to help students explore future career paths and learn more about waste management and recycling. 🚛♻️🌎
