We would like to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation to the DC Department of General Services(DGS), and especially to Claudia Barahona, for her leadership and guidance on the DC DGS Mentor Portege Program.
We are also grateful for the partnership of JJPS, a local CBE-certified firm, whose collaboration and support have been instrumental in the Mentor-Protégé Program for the Design-Build delivery of the Harry Thomas Recreation Center Project.

This collaboration is a strong example of what can be achieved when organizations come together with a shared commitment to excellence, growth, and opportunity.
