First pour at Cora Residences!

A big milestone for the team as we kick off construction at 4241 Aurora Street in Coral Gables.

Cora Residences will bring 74 luxury condominiums to the area, featuring a rooftop pool and padel court.

The project is led by Project Manager: Luis Alfonzo, Assistant Project Manager: Mercedes Baquero, and Rigoberto De La Paz: Lead Superintendent.

Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 8, 2026. Shooting with Chefs is celebrating their 14th Anniversary with another incredible day at Summit Point.

Since 2013, this event has raised almost $2 million for incredible children's charities like So What Else (SWE), LLS, Make-A-Wish, and Chance for Life.
This year, 100% of the net proceeds will benefit SWE's local youth programming.

In addition, we will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the educational funds of our late co-creator and VP, Jason Wilt.

We are excited to introduce our Summer Project Management Interns, Layla Martin from the University of Maryland and Carson Peters from Virginia Tech's College of Engineering!

Layla is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and Carson is pursuing a degree in Construction Engineering and Management.

From June through the end of July, they will gain hands-on, real-world experience in the construction industry while working alongside our Project Management team in both office and field settings.

We're excited to provide them with valuable industry experience and look forward to seeing their growth throughout the summer.
