Day 1 of the DJX Show - DJ Expo is done and we're buzzing with excitement.

One thing that kept coming up in conversations on the floor today: how many DJ operators are still sending quotes manually, then chasing clients for signatures and payments one by one.

The ones who've gotten off that hamster wheel all said the same thing — automating those follow-ups didn't make them feel less personal. It actually freed them up to be MORE responsive when it actually mattered.
