P.O.S.T Construction Punch Out Specialist Team (POST) is a construction firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. since 1997 POST was created to fill that need.

POST is an acronym for Punch Out Specialist Team. “Punch Out” is a construction term, which refers to the completion of final details associated with a construction/renovation project. Through years based upon immense customer satisfaction and diligence in completing all projects, POST has evolved into a full scale design and general contracting firm. POST is currently pursuing residential and com

mercial projects in the Washington, Maryland and Virginia areas. Much of our work is obtained through negotiations. The success of POST is built upon the relationship with our clients. The major factor of a successful project is establishing a continuous line of communication between our team and the owner. Other important elements include understanding our client's priorities, meeting schedules, deadlines and budget constraints. The POST staff is structured to provide precisely the experience and skill required for each project. By taking a professional approach to design and scheduling, we have been successful at completing all projects at budget and on time. Our projects are staffed onsite with a Project Manager, Superintendent and project team. On a weekly basis our project managers conduct a progress meeting with the project team and subcontractors to measure progress and make any adjustments if necessary.

📢 Important Update from POST Construction LLC 📢

We were thrilled to collaborate with Bozzuto and on the -Louise-Dickson-Hurt Home project, and we poured our hearts and hard work into it over the past 7 months. However, things took a sharp turn for the worse when it came time for payments. Our company, POST Construction LLC, has been left in a precarious situation with a significant unpaid balance.

This unfortunate turn of events has had a devastating impact on our team. Many of our dedicated workers have been left unemployed, and we've been grappling with the stress and financial strain of losing both money and time.

Our goal now is to bring awareness to this situation and seek a resolution through negotiation. We hope to resolve this matter amicably and fairly, but we need your support to do so.
