POST is an acronym for Punch Out Specialist Team. “Punch Out” is a construction term, which refers to the completion of final details associated with a construction/renovation project. Through years based upon immense customer satisfaction and diligence in completing all projects, POST has evolved into a full scale design and general contracting firm. POST is currently pursuing residential and com

mercial projects in the Washington, Maryland and Virginia areas. Much of our work is obtained through negotiations. The success of POST is built upon the relationship with our clients. The major factor of a successful project is establishing a continuous line of communication between our team and the owner. Other important elements include understanding our client's priorities, meeting schedules, deadlines and budget constraints. The POST staff is structured to provide precisely the experience and skill required for each project. By taking a professional approach to design and scheduling, we have been successful at completing all projects at budget and on time. Our projects are staffed onsite with a Project Manager, Superintendent and project team. On a weekly basis our project managers conduct a progress meeting with the project team and subcontractors to measure progress and make any adjustments if necessary.
