I want to clear some things up here. If you’re getting service through your Home Warranty company,than you’re not our direct customer. Any service that’s performed is done through the guidelines of your Home Warranty. Meaning certain things we and not be done. Henceforth if you’re sewer line is clogged an cannot be open. The Home Warranty doesn’t cover providing a plumbers report or Video Inspection of the sewer line. When you go through your Home Warranty Company for sewer line stoppages,you need to understand the limitations of what can and will be done. The cost outside of your Warranty Company to snake a sewer line, to camera a sewer,to water jet a sewer line or to make a plumbers report. Would cost anywhere between $500-$1,500 so understand what you’re getting when you go through your Home Warranty Company to get a Sewer line or Latrell line stoppage snake. Be advised you’re the Warranty Company customers and not the customer of the service provider. So you fall under the rules of the Warranty company and the rules of the service provider. So if you need a plumbers report that report isn’t provided through your Home Warranty Policy.
