🚨 FREE WATER PRESSURE TESTING – LIMITED TIME OFFER 🚨

Over the last two weeks, Posey Family Plumbing has been called to more than 6 homes in the Franklin County area with dangerously high water pressure. Several homes were found to have pressures exceeding 120 PSI—more than double the recommended residential pressure.

In two of those homes, the excessive pressure caused plumbing failures that resulted in water damage in the basement.

This pressure reducing valve (PRV) failed and allowed the home's water pressure to climb to 120 PSI.

Most homeowners never realize there's a problem until something breaks.

In this case, the excessive pressure contributed to the failure of a water softener, resulting in a basement flood and water damage. After diagnosing the issue, we found the failed PRV and restored the home's pressure to a safe operating range.
