In addition to Waller Corporation’s work at Oglebay Park on the Base Camp Villas for the new Lion Habitat, we’re excited to also be renovating the Good Zoo’s main entrance. The project includes a new main entrance, lobby, gift shop, café, and ADA-accessible restrooms. These new updates are designed to reimagine and enhance the zoo’s guest arrival experience.

We have recently completed the interior finishes, site work, and PennDOT improvements for North Strabane Township’s new Public Safety Building. The facility features modern holding cells, updated evidence storage, a new fire equipment garage, and living quarters for firefighters—built to support stronger police and fire operations for the community.

Waller Corporation is proud to have contributed to the University of Pittsburgh’s new Recreation & Wellness Center, which officially opened its doors this September. This state-of-the-art facility brings together fitness, wellness, and student life in one transformative space, supporting the Pitt community for years to come.

We’re honored to have played a role in bringing this project to completion and look forward to seeing students make the most of their new home for health and recreation.

Our team provided essential project logistics — from site security and safety, creating appropriate barriers, managing vehicle traffic and signage, and completing the final cleaning.
