Our most recent Bathroom transition, the pictures don’t give it the justice it deserves but what it started out as to what it is now was a crazy transformation. The homeowner is handling the painting but, here’s what we did
•Sured up the subfloor and added plywood to provide extra strength to the floor
•Installed a Hot water tank just for this bathroom
•Framed an insulated room for the hot water tank, with door access using one of the old doors the homeowner had lying around
•Installed a whirlpool bath tub with an additional heater for the jets in the tub
•Laid waterproof vinyl flooring
•Installed a new wall heater to keep the room as warm as possible
•New plumbing for shower, sink, and toilet
•Custom Waynescoating behind vanity
•Covered up the old plaster with tongue and groove wood planks
•Made a custom door for attic access, which also is access to the plumbing for the shower
