I’m a little behind on posting some of the work we’ve been doing, but we recently wrapped up at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home

This project included:
✅Hot rubberized crack filling
✅Pothole repair in the front parking area
✅Seal coating
✅Fresh line striping
✅Replacement of damaged car stops

Not only did these improvements give the property a clean, refreshed appearance, but they also eliminated potential tripping hazards and helped protect and extend the life of the asphalt for years to come.

We had the honor of giving Missouri’s best cheeseburger and ice cream spot, Dairy Delight, a complete parking lot makeover! 🍔🍦🔥

This project started with hot rubberized crack filling, followed by a fresh coat of MAC-52 sealer to bring the asphalt back to life. Then wrapped it all up with fresh line striping to give the parking lot a clean, organized look.

The original layout had yellow lines, but after talking with the owner, we decided to switch to white for a sharper, cleaner appearance that matched the building’s color scheme perfectly — and the finished result turned out awesome.

Another big line striping project in the books! We put down over 45 gallons of paint bringing these parking lots back to life.
